I recently came here on a Thursday night with a friend. We were fortunate enough to be seated without a wait. While the restaurant did fill up, it was never overly filled as to require a wait to be seated. We each ordered a single noodle dish: Clear Noodle Soup with Sliced Beef: I had a craving for a lighter broth, but love wide noodles. So I confirmed with the staff, who stated with confidence that this was served with wide noodles. When the dish was served, it was with thin noodles instead. I flagged down a staff member (different from the prior one, as she failed to notice multiple attempts to wave her down). The staff member, when he heard about this, stated that the noodle soup is served with thin noodles and not wide. He laughed and said the other staff is new, so she doesn't know her stuff. He was unwilling to replace the noodle, and when I brought up that the staff member had informed me clearly that it would be wide noodles he stated he could replace it but he'd have to charge $3. I couldn't believe the lack of customer respect and service. In terms of the dish itself, it was mediocre in flavor - nothing too impressive between the noodles or the soup broth. Scrambled egg and tomatoes noodle soup: This had decent noodles, and the wide noodles that I had been hoping for. The broth was decent as well. Definitely a good option for people who are looking for something that isn't spicy. Overall, the food was mediocre, minus points for the terrible service. It really ruined the overall meal experience, and I was quite upset with the way the staff handled things. I would feel inclined to try other dishes again, but given how terrible the service is I feel quite adverse to returning again.

This was the first time I've had shianxi Chinese food and I was so impressed by how delicious the dishes are. We ordered the noodles in sizziling oil and cold noodles. I loved how bright the dishes were despite having an oil based sauce. The food was incredibly memorable. I can't wait to return to this place. We got there right at 5:30 and the place filled up quickly. I loved the tofu that came with the cold noodles. It was almost a little bready but still had that tofu spongy texture. So delightful! We ate the food so quickly this was the only picture I got!

Pretty good and no regrets but flavor isn't super authentic and tastes more fusion. The numbing spice isn't quite as numbing with jalapenos.

Always get the dry duck wanton egg noodles here! Deliciously greasy, rich and filling. Want to try other items but so hard to order anything else. And service is pretty good too!
